Mannhombre男人 -- +n than English man? ( Do you mean German is more manly than English?)
Fraumujer女人 -- that seems like female in English
Jungechico (seems better than niño)男孩 -- like young in English
ein Mannun hombre一个男人 -- sounds like amen, do they have relationships?
eine Frau, ein Mannuna mujer, un hombre一个女人,一个男人 -- so, why the woman has an addition e?
Ich bin ein Mann.Soy un hombre.我是一个男人.

Mädchenniña女孩 -- that is so hard to me, why girl is complicated than boy?
Ich bin ein Kind.Soy un niño.我是一个孩子. I think Kind=Kid.
Ein Junge und ein mann.Un chico/niño y un hombre.男孩和男人
Ich und duYo y tú我和你 -- du is very similar as tú in spanish
Du bist ein yunge. Eres un chico/niño.你是一个年轻人.

Wasser und Brotagua y pan水和面包 -- it seems German needs uppercase first character?
Ein Junge ist ein Kind. Un niño es un niño.(from google) OR: Un chico es un niño. (not quite sure) 一个男孩是一个小孩?

Sie trinkt.Ella bebe.她喝水.trinkt = drink

Das BrotEl pan.这面包 Das = the for neutral, 但貌似不是很容易识别, 比如Der Apfel
Der Mann und Der JungeEl hombre y el niño这男人和这男孩 Der = the for masculine
Der Junge trinkt.El niño bebe (google said: El niño está bebiendo.)这男孩喝水.
Die Frau trinkt.La mujer bebe. (google: La mujer está bebiendo.)这女人喝水. Die = the for feminine 貌似这里都是进行时
Das MädchenLa niña这女孩 So, what? Why it becomes Das for girl?
Das Brot, der MannEl pan, el hombre这面包, 这男人

Die FrauenLas mujeres女人们 -- + en for lots women, not  quite sure for whether it is the common case or not
Die MännerLos hombres男人们 -- Die = the, confused for the word should be only used in feminine
Wir sind Männer. Somos hombres.我们是男人(们). Wir = We, sind = are
Wir sind Männer und ihr seid Frauen. Somos hombres y ustedes son mujeres. 我们是男人和你们是女人. 还是中文简单... "是"就一个字.

Jungenniños (G: joven) 男孩们 -- seems no common rules for it is different from mann / männer
die Kinderlos niños孩子们
Das ist ein Junge. Eso es un niño.那是一个男孩.
Die FrauenLas mujeres女人们
Die MännerLos hombres男人们
Die Jungen sind Kinder. Los chicos son niños.这些男孩是孩子. We Chinese are rarely using 们(except pronoun), but prefer 这些/这个 to distinguish whether there are lots people or not.
Sie sind Jungen. Son chicos.他们是男孩.
Das ist ein Mann.Eso es un hombre.(G: Este es un hombre.)那是个男人. seems Das is for that.

Sie trinken Wasser. Ellos beben agua.他们喝水. (如果动词是复数形式, Sie=They, 否者 Sie=Her) pl. +en for both German/Spanish
Du trinkst.Tu bebes.你在喝水. You are drinking.
Wie trinken Wasser. G: Cómo beber agua.我们喝水.
Ihr trinkt. Tu bebes.你们在喝水. Ihr是Du的复数形式.

Der Junge isst.El niño come. 这男孩吃(东西). Chinese is rarely saying `someone eat` , normally we would append the exact food. If we don't care what the food is, we are just appending 东西(thing).
Ich esse, du trinkt.Yo como, du bebes.我在吃, 你在喝. (好幸福啊!)
Wir essen Brot. Nosotros comemos pan.我们在吃面包. We eat bread.
Sie essen.Tu comes/Ellos comen.他们吃(东西). 但貌似也可以是"你"confused, it seems `Sie` can be used in `she/you/they`

Ich lese eine Zeitung. Yo leo un periodico.我在读一份报纸.
Sie lesen. Tu lees.你读了. (Why? here is not they?)
Ich lese eine Buch, sie liest eine Zeitung.Yo leo un libro, ella lee un periódico.我在读一本书, 她在读一份报纸 .
Wir lesen ein Buch.Leemos un libro.我们在读一本书.
